I've been to my loacl secondary school today.
I had pizza and chips for lunch and then chocolate sponge with chocolate custard for pudding.

I made a big grainy salad last night to take to work today. It has muchanged salad veg and black beans with a harissa, lemon and chilli dressing. I put too much water in the bulgar wheat though cos it was a finer grain than I usually use. It's pretty mushy. I might end up going to the bakery over the road

This week's lunches are salad (romaine lettuce, sliced tomato with s&p, radishes and cucumber) with peppery smoked mackerel, a boiled egg and half a baby avocado.
