Potato salad (mayo, dill, paprika, pine nuts, dry onion) with peashoot leaves mixed with sauerkraut and grapes. Plus a chorizo flavoured sausage from yesterday's teatime.
 
Salad leaves, sprouted bean/lentil/chickpea mix, grated cheddar, cherry tomatoes, tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil, lots of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice if it's not gone too mouldy. Coffee.

This again but cucumber and mixed nuts instead of the olive oil.
 
300g of chicken breast. A big bag of salad mixed with lentils and sprouts/ flaxseed.
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

2 boiled eggs (ate separately).

A large glass of milk.
 
Last bit of the fish & veg stir fry I've had for tea the last couple of nights. Large americano when I get off the train.
 
Eight (allegedly) servings of salad (660g) because I forgot to take it to work yesterday so it needed eating up.
I won't do it again because I only just managed to get through it and I was left wanting a vegan pasty which fortunately the shop had sold out of...

about 300kcals for the greenery and the same again for the dressing.
 
Lamb samosa and a rhubarb and custard (or something? can't remember...) cornetto. Wasn't planning on having a cheat day this week but I fucking need it.
 
Iceland do this thing called Zesty Bean Quinoa, which is a bag of frozen beans and quinoa and sauce. It's surprisingly lush, especially with soy sauce and chillies added to it. So I had that, plus Wotsits.
 
It was going to be leftover pizza from yesterday's lunch but Mr Looby threw it away. Then I decided to have a chip butty but the oven isn't working so my chips are still frozen. I've angrily inhaled 2/3s of a packet of chocolate hobnobs. [emoji35]
