Lunch should have its own thread

Too hungry.

Having lunch now -
200grams chicken.
Cottage Cheese.
And a filtered coffee.

I ought to go outside but people are generally pissing me off.
 
I went out for dinner with girlfriends and drank red wine, first glass was £4.80 drank it quickly, went to buy another then said 'a bottle please', I'm not working today though. Barely washed at home but will go to gym (keep telling myself that).
 
I was going to have soup, been off sick for 2 days and this is the first day of even contemplating food. But the can of soup went out of date in 2014. Will I die if I eat it?
 
Spinach, broccoli, egg and chorizo salad.

25g mixed nuts, 100g frozen raspberries.

Coffee with lots of cream because there wasn't enough left to bother taking it with me again.
 
A blat sandwich. Bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato. It was good. So good it didn't need condiments. BLAT!

spooky i too have made a BLAT! but my blat became a BLACCT! (bacon, lettuce, avacado, chicken, ceaser dressing and tomato) and i toasted my bread, saying that i have dropped more of this bloody sandwich back on the plate and down my boobs than i have gotten in my pie hole. *le sigh* Avacado boob is a real problem in my life.

Welcome back gorgeous! Tis lovely to read you again. I had avocado hands and face. I have more of a problem with falafel and hot pepper sauce boobs.
 
I made a salad but I left it in the fridge when I went out. :facepalm: So I had a pot of greek yoghurt, a babybel cheese and a black coffee instead and I'll have the salad for first tea.

4 person salad - 300kcals (half of that is low-fat dressing)
wholemeal veggie pasty for afters.
Maybe a piece of fruit or two.

A lot of calories, but I skipped breakfast and plan to do 20 miles on the bike on the way home.

I made pancetta hash with sweet red pepper, mushroom, chilli, onion, garlic, baby new potatoes, lots of paprika and pancetta, obvs, with a fried egg on top. And two cups of Yorkshire Gold.

There's still about half of the hash left so that's in tupperware for later/tomorrow.

Also I've discovered the secret to being able to doing washing up as soon as you've finished:
1) wash up as much as you can as you go along
2) not stuffing yourself to the brim so you can fucking move after eating and just want to coma

I'm almost 34 :facepalm:
