Lunch should have its own thread

I made pancetta hash with sweet red pepper, mushroom, chilli, onion, garlic, baby new potatoes, lots of paprika and pancetta, obvs, with a fried egg on top. And two cups of Yorkshire Gold.

There's still about half of the hash left so that's in tupperware for later/tomorrow.

Also I've discovered the secret to being able to doing washing up as soon as you've finished:
1) wash up as much as you can as you go along
2) not stuffing yourself to the brim so you can fucking move after eating and just want to come

I'm almost 34

at 'almost' 34, you're still a baby!

Also as you go along/ wash up - you don't need to use as much detergents.

4 bananas. Plain Cottage Cheese. 2 chicken breasts.
3 cups of green tea.

I believe I can eat this combo forever.
It's rather bland and tasteless yet strangely fufilling.

I've lived with two long term partners pretty much the whole time for the last 15 years (apart from two years of uni where I also didn't really give a fuck about cleaning - but did keep on top of my own washing up). Its also easier when it's just you... Cleaning up after yourself *and* eating reasonable sized portions, i mean. I don't even snack anymore now.

Are you eating them separately or cutting the chicken up and mixing them together? Not even adding any seasoning?

No seasoning.
I use the plastic forks from Pret and eat out of the food packaging.
No mixing of the foods.

I'm wondering how long I can eat like this for.

I'm having a falafel flatbread from Gregg's. This seems to be a replacement for the very tasty chilli bean one they were doing before. It's good, but a bit too sweet - needs more yoghurt/salad and less mango chutney.

Day one of the diet is going well :D  They sound and look terrible, but - holy fuck - bloody delicious. Won't be paying nearly three quid for my next one though - should be easy enough to assemble

100g coconut & a black coffee.

Chorizo/tomato turkey mince, black bean spaghetti and kale with lots of lemon juice and black pepper.

A seeded roll with goat's cheese and cucumber, some cherry tomatoes, a bag of crisps which isn't really doing it for me, and some cherries.

Wholemeal veggie pasty
Calorie-free Dijon mustard.
... followed by tomorrow's pasty :p

My excuse is that I had hardly anything for breakfast, I had no additional salad with dressing, or masses of fruit, and I'm doing an extra 15 miles on the bike on the way home.

I feel distinctly nauseous now :(

Protein shake, 25g mixed nuts.

Leftover parmesan & herb chicken goujons, cut up and mixed with shredded baby spinach, aioli and lemon juice. Black coffee.

Summer service at work so I had to improvise :-

can of chickpeas - 173 kcals
bag of microwave wholegrain rice - 320 kcals
can of posh tomato and pepper soup - 212 kcals

705 kcals - plus probably a few bits of fruit in a bit.

Not much breakfast today and I'm off out for 20 miles on the bike in a few hours' time so I needed some fuel.

Chocolate chip "cookies" (protein bar cut into pieces and baked) and a cup of tea.

Pork & liver pate lettuce wraps, boiled egg, cheese, cherry tomatoes.
