Lunch should have its own thread

Saturday is fat day so I may have a can of Greek baked butter beans with ground flaxseed and tahini.

358 kcals a can - 19grammes of fat
Dried figs and bananas for afters.

I've adopted a 5:2 diet - with the five weekdays being quite restrained and the weekends being treat days.

Puy lentil & feta cheese salad (lentils, cheese, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice & parsely). I have no fresh parsely and will probably add fresh plum tomatoes & have with a falt bread. Feeling greedy today.

Sourdough with a veggie schnitzel, hot sauce, mayo and loads of Polish pickled green tomato salad. In a minute, those lovely Polish chocolate covered plums. Yes, I have been to the Polish shop.

I've just discovered the joy of frozen prawns or at least a few thrown in a quick stir fry. Proper loving woking shit...few veggies, half a pack of microwave rice and tasty as fuck.

Yesterday's lunch was a lobster roll at Dublin seafood venue, Klaw. Brioche roll lightly fried in butter, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle. Superfresh lobster in a spiky mayo with chevril. My lord, it was good! Oyster and Guinness on the side.

Diet soup and rice
156 plus 318 = 474 kcals

2 servings apparently.

250kcal cycle ride in 4 hours, dinner in 6 ... I would need 77 kcals per hour doing nothing = 77 x 6 = 465 ...

300g baked spud - 279 kcals
can of healthy eating beans - 344 kcals
total 623

plus tahini :(
I could at least have remembered to buy a bag of salad earlier - but in my head I was scared I might buy hummus.
:(
