Lunch should have its own thread

Two different salady type things - beetroot / cherry tomatoes / houmous / chilli, and flaked thai salmon / cucumber / avocado / black pepper / lemon juice (my lime had gone really mouldy). Coffee.
 
Two brown pitta. One with tahini, falafel, aubergine from a jar and mango pickle; one with tuna, sweetcorn, red jalapeños and salad cream :oops::D

Coffee and dates.

I had leftover saffron braised toms and spuds, a small slice of leftover frittata and a packet of roast veg couscous. And choccy and blueberries :thumbs:
 
Pretty ill today. Thought I'd try and cure myself with a superfood salad of avocado, mango, radish, sprouting seeds, sugar snap peas, leaves carrot & apple, nut and seeds with a blueberry and ginger smoothie and a triple mint tea. Unfortunately I am still ill.

Smoked mackerel, edamame, cucumber, avocado, pomegranate, freekeh and quinoa salad with loads of black pepper and lemon juice. Big bowl of acai plus half of someone else's.

It's a Brazilian jiu jitsu thing, whenever there's a competition coming up one of the first questions is always "will there be acai?!" :D

Today's lunch is chicken, cucumber, beetroot, quinoa and freekeh with lemon juice. I also have a litre of coconut water with chocolate protein to drink in between training.
 
leftover fritatta from friday, will i die?! :D tom and basil salad, two slices of wholemeal bread and butter, banana and greek yogurt.
 
ooh... great! how many portions can you stretch it to then? Are we horrendously greedy or is it 2 portions for you too?
It's been 2 portions :D Although I can't quite manage it all today.
I put some extra stuff in it as well - herbs, sundried tomatoes, a red pepper. It turned out really well and I love the topping!

I made my mum a belated mothers' day lunch from all the things she likes (apart from the minging ones): gorgonzola, walnut bread, salad with black olives and avocado, scotch eggs, artichoke hearts in oil, elderflower presse. Then two massive cream doughnuts :)
 
I had a crap salad where nothing went with anything else because was too lazy to make it last night like I usually do, and I'm a complete idiot in the mornings.
 
did you work out the calories? I just had half a pot of Glorious Skinny soup (also carrot) and was wondering could I have had more of the girlcalledjack one instead (although I didn't have time to make it today anyway).

154 calories if you divide it into 4 portions, so perfect for a fast-day lunch. A double portion would make a nice fast-day dinner too.
