did you work out the calories? I just had half a pot of Glorious Skinny soup (also carrot) and was wondering could I have had more of the girlcalledjack one instead (although I didn't have time to make it today anyway).
154 calories if you divide it into 4 portions, so perfect for a fast-day lunch. A double portion would make a nice fast-day dinner too.
