Anyway, I have a quarter of a courgette, red onion, and smoked cheese frittata, which I'm gonna have with a whole packet of roast veg couscous. Fucking STARVING man!!

Agreed, it's convenience when there's not enough time/CBA to make your lunch. I have no sense of smell at the moment which I think dramatically undermined by enjoyment of it!

couscous fruity and spicy salad from the TB. I would never eat something like that unless on discount.....and a maple and pecan pastry twist. Chocolate, and a mandarine (cant stop eating in winter).
