so of the more dodgy gun control laws in the states were passed to ban cheap weapons and deter blacks for being armed.
in florida a party of KKK who tried to put a burning cross up on a civil rights lawyers lawn got shot by said lawyer with an assault rifle.
police wrote it up as a righteous shoot they were on his property
