sounds good. I keep thinking about joining but I am a member of the liberal democrats and I would need to leave the LibDems before I join the AF.

I'm a manager and it doesn't really compromise any of my left/marxist views. But then, I only have one member of staff 'under' me, she is part time and I dont have any remit to 'people manage' her.

'Manager' in my job refers more to a site than people.

And I still only get £200/week (and a house).
