Something about older diesel cars going up a tax band but not latest diesels so presumably anything below euro6?

Phew. The diesel thing is a one-off charge on new cars. I bought a 2014 diesel in May with a vague assumption that they were low CO2, green, and in some way subsidised. Then I started noticing articles saying that diesel owners were anti-social particulate-spraying bastards, likely to be issued with punitive fines.
house prices in London (only) are just about falling. Being cynical you could say this is a move to shore up the market during Brexit wobbles rather than doing something for the permarenters. Even if not cynical that's the effectIt’s actually likely to increase house prices so more likely to benefit selling bourgeoisie.
I thought that Audis were the least ostentatious and most sober of the big German three.
And, so does everyone else.
Most discreet of the fast big cars too, but the proles are prone to jealousy and have decreed that Audi drivers are fair game for a bit of blind prejudice. Which is fine, as long as they GET OUT OF MY FUCKING WAY.
I will get out of your way, just as soon as I've laid a Stinger across the road.
I've just put 2 new tyres on, £270 each
Not for a long while. VW have re-inserted themselves in that slot. Audi drivers receive the sort of opprobrium that Beemer and Volvo drivers used to.
All because of Bahnhof. It's amazing how one bloke can tarnish a brand like that. He's done to them what Savile did to shell suits.
Twat.though i am thinking of exporting the chav juice like some kind of modern day prohibition twist
btw, I'm going to take a wild guess about where the extra money for universal credit will go. The landlords have complained y'see. They will be inconvenienced by the lateness of payments. Extra money is therefore required to improve processes to make sure that landlords don't get into financial difficulties. Tories are so predictable, I'll buy everyone on this thread a pint if I turn out to be wrong.
*hollow laugh*Austerity has ended! (Says the daily mail) .
You may be right. I have to say, 1.5 billion is not chicken feed even at government level and *in theory* ought to be enough to make a real difference in the speed of claim processing if it is used sensibly....
£3.19 for me .The BBC calculator claims I'll be £19.67 better off a month.
Thanks, Hammond, for your largesse.
It's almost like they don't want us to have a savings safety net...£3.19 for me .
Bahnhof and that wrong'un twentythreedom . They're like a pair of oafish Audi-driving Clarkson clones. People who used to drive Audis have moved across to VWs so as not to be stained by the reputation that those two savages have given the marque.
I'm not saying that Mr Bahnhof Strasse is a cunt, but Derek and Clive built a whole sketch around him.
Therein lies the problem.

Do you get paid the same and drink the same amount of wine as me or what? The BBC calculator claims I'll be £19.67 better off a month.
