Getting ingrained BO smell out of t shirts

“CAUTION: Putting large items like shirts, jeans and bed sheets in the microwave causes electrical fires. It is not recommended. If you choose to ignore this advice, then please be careful to avoid steam burns when you open up the microwave after using it to dry something.”

I think I’d stick with vinegar etc if I were you.

Why do I suspect you may be speaking from personal experience? :hmm:

I haven't had a washing machine for years and just soak clothes in my used bath water with washing up liquid ...

I don't bathe much, but I only wear cotton ...

I push these things to the limit.
I went for 8 weeks between baths recently - wearing the same 3 tee shirts (worn at the same time) which were then barely washed ...
I got a bit stinky, but not unbearably so and I don't get within smelling distance of other people ...

What's you're thought process here? Pretty much every post you've ever made that concerns hygiene is absolutely minging.

What do you get out of living like that?

Dip/soak your t-shirt armpits in boiling water before washing. Maybe use your hand sanitizer on your pits sometimes too.

The aim is to kill the bacteria that noms on your sweat. It's their excretions that smell bad. So anything that does that without damaging your clothes/you.

Whatever you do, don't read the precautions on paracetamol - you'll be in for a shock!
