It's easy to stand on the moral high ground when you've got a nice sunny bolt-hole to jet off to.

With all the airmiles he chalks up between the UK and Portugal, no wonder he's not very forthright on Green issues!

It was ostensibly about the issue of getting injunctions put on/lifted in regards to private lives. A fairly political issue even if the subject matter wasn't especially so.
