Yeah but no. EASA vs FAA has been a covert trade war for a while. Biggest one to watch in that sector is how the Chinese regulator devlops

A surprise outing in a fighter jet unnerved one defence company executive so much he accidentally ejected himself while flying at over 500km/h (320mph)...The man had never expressed any desire to fly in a fighter jet and had no previous military aviation experience, investigators said. His heart was racing at between 120 and 145 beats per minute beforehand. The flight had been a gift from colleagues and the man felt he couldn’t refuse.

She says she thinks it went from Southend, it definitely went to Ostend. She was taking up a job in Germany and can't remember how they had the money to pay for it rather than the much cheaper ferry from Dover. Four cars and a small passenger cabin with around ten people in it.

Oh dear...
Can't make out the model. Is it a Mig-35?
And which nation it might belong to? Looks like there might be a red star on the tail but it might not be and hardly narrows it down. The landscape and tower blocks suggest somewhere in Eastern Europe or the Caucasus.
Also (and I know nothing about this sort of thing) but is there a lack of take-off speed involved as well rather than simply lifting the undercarriage too quickly?
