1,346 Palestinian children were left without one or more of their parents.
After meeting with Palestinian Foreign Minister Ryad Al-Maliki, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro confirmed Friday that his country will be housing children orphaned in Israel's war on Gaza.

Sounds like bog-standard perimeter security plus some sort of GPR/sonar net, and driving piles to block tunnel development. Not much different to the perimeter security for other prisons, basically.
Sounds like they intend to maintain the siege if they are looking into technology to seek and destroy lifeline tunnels.
