I think you'll find libel is treated more seriously than slander. certainly easier to prove, just go back through this thread and see how many times he's typed it. add that to the fact that he openly admits to frequenting and enjoying being in a pub where the landlord is openly racist, and never apparently challenged it, and it makes me think there is something very dodgy about his repeated use of the phrase. using a false accusation of racism to try and score a point on a bulletin board is really sick behaviour.
