There's no parole in the US federal system, with good behaviour he might be able to get his sentence reduced around 10%

I don't think he's that bothered tbh. There was a period post Jan 6th when he was still President and was handing out pardons and he didn't show a lot of interest in pardoning anyone who was involved. They're just a handy mob to him I don't think he gives a shit about them as individuals or if they end up in prison on his account.

You can't pardon someone who's not been convicted of anything.
No idea if an outgoing president could offer immunity from future prosecution, (to persons unknown, no less), without that being overturned the moment the new one is sworn in.
