It's standard legal wrangling. Sure he did heaps of shit before he became pres, but the conviction included evidence (e.g. sign off of 2015 accounts in 2016/17) which would be covered by presidential immunity - as long as he signed them off in his capacity as President rather than a private citizen and CEO. I suspect the argument will be that others covered the final details and he just put pen to paper because he was busy presidenting, hence everything business related is covered. He is completely taking the piss here. This is a conviction for something that happened before he became president.
It's Rule 34 that Biden could really use here, search for that and his name, you'll be surprised.am I expected to do a search for that?
Not rule 43?It's Rule 34 that Biden could really use here, search for that and his name, you'll be surprised.
Why can't Biden use his immunity to order seal team 6 whack trump? That is fucking amazing, the sentencing delay. He's just won the whole pot. It's all over. This is it.
I didn't think you could predate laws they only took effect from when passed. So as he was found guilty before the supreme court ruling it doesn't apply.Trump sentencing delayed as judge in "hush money" case weighs Supreme Court immunity ruling
Justice Juan Merchan set a new sentencing date of Sept. 18, "if such is still necessary."www.cbsnews.com
You can have retrospective lawsI didn't think you could predate laws they only took effect from when passed. So as he was found guilty before the supreme court ruling it doesn't apply.

Tricky Dicky will be very pleased to here that. The Supreme Court ruling applies retroactively, it means Trump is immune from prosecution for the many crimes he committed in office as long as they can be deemed "official acts," I think it also exonerates Nixon for Watergate
What about SCOTUS members having unfortunate accidents?Biden can't have Trump whacked cos as of now ANY instruction the POTUS gives can be scrutinised by the SCOTUS and declared official or not. If Trump gets in it is likely that some will die and others will stand down, allowing him to fill the supreme court with young Trumpsters who'll effectively have a veto on how the country is run in perpetuity. The revolution was televised, many were watching the wrong channel though.

Ball lawfully struck more than once? It's Rule 34 that Biden could really use here, search for that and his name, you'll be surprised.
I think Trump may have gone boat happy:
ETA: Ah, I see the post above actually has a link to an article giving a transcript of his boat happy speech. Still doesn't quite live up to the impact of watching it though.
