I saw a poll that suggested that a majority of adults were planning on watching at least some of the debate. Most of that desire probably isn't motivated by a desire to determine who to vote for, but rather to see if a candidate is going to go into la la land live on tv. There's a good chance of that, but I'm not going to put money on which candidate.

Bernie is deemed too "radical" by the upper tiers of the Dems. Same lack of vision is applied by them to the "squad" - any hint of progressive ideology seems to be regarded as off putting to the voters.
