So I took mdk1 out for a gourmet burger to day cus it's his 25th bday tomorrow. But we don't go out together on his bday with it being valentines because people think we are a couple

It was lovely, but I just can't digest it very well. Had a cheese and bacon burger with cheesy fries and a bannana milkshake and that's the nearest a bannana is ever gonna to my burger! I think a fried egg in a burger is wrong too.

I'd be tempted by Reggae Reggae with Spring Onion and Mango. Then probably play it safe and have cheese and bacon.

Had a five guys this week as needed to kill some time whilst waiting for some traffic to die down but had less than an hour left on the car park ticket so didn’t have time for anything ‘proper’ but equally had more time that I didn’t need to resort to a McDonald’s.
Whilst I like the burgers and the fries the £15 (with a drink) still seems overly expensive for what it is, especially as if had, had more time I could have got something much better in the same region.
Also did tgi Fridays on Thursday with work and decided to go with the limited time only vegan burger option. Again I’ve had better, including the no bull ones out of Iceland and it didn’t seem worth the £11. The avocado dip was nice though.
