This thread has not had much in the way of experimentation for a while so thought I'd throw this out...
They are Chappli Kebabs. Basically mince, with cumin, coriander seed, chilli, salt, tomatoe paste, finely sliced onion and loads of fresh coriander. The strange one was what was used to bind...toasted chickpea flour. They were absolutely lush. Which is just as well as I made a big batch and froze most of them.

I had this beast last night. Was served with what I think was with Mozzarella cheese, which was slight odd, but nice, bacon and onion jam. 
I think my days of epic burgers are coming to a close. Don't eat them so often as places that serve them aren't really my girlfriends cup of tea. I finished, but thought after that I would have probably been content with a single. I was also glad for a bit of salad.

Apparently McDonald's in Japan is doing the Giga Big Mac. No such luck here sadly.

I've been eating to many McDonald's recently.
