Best burger I've ever had was at Burger Brothers in Brighton. Different league than Honest.
Also not a fan of salard in a burger. On the side fine. With some nice dressing even better, but it just goes soggy with meat juice.
The Manchester Wheel...1 kilo beef and bone marrow patty,14 slices of cheese, 8 slices of smoked streaky bacon,1 whole lettuce,2 beef tomatoes.
Great burger today at Bunsen, Dublin. It was succulent and melt in the mouth with the perfect balance of ingredients. The shoestring fries werent great (like freshly done BK ones), but that didnt really matter...the burger was top notch. I had mine done medium and my pal had it rare, which she also said was delicious.

What an excellent menu. No messing.
Hang on.... I thought for a second....maybe this is that poncey it's gone back to basics, outponced the poncificators, but no....it's proper burger and fucking chips mate, no bacon, no poncey steamed anchovie foam and all that shite......until I saw ......'Paleo options'
I should have clocked it at the sweet potato fries. Damn. Still looks like a good burger
Bang on the money - the burger is seriously good though, and since Bunsen arrived has been consistently voted best burger in Ireland. It's all about the meat, which is top notch and melt in the mouth - I havent tasted better .
Thats one reason i recommended in my previous post havin a look om the website at all the love and graft the proprietor has done in making the perfect burger. The ingredients have been carefully chosen (not for cost but for a kind of authenticity). I am seriously impressed. He appears to replicate those amazing honest to god burgers you get in New York.
that's a hell of burger !

Nope why do you ask have you?that's a hell of burger !
anyone tried burger with chocolate in it ?
watch man vs food they have burgers in usa in donuts !Nope why do you ask have you?
I did notice that GBK has a 'St. Morish' burger on the menu which has raclette cheese, truffled mushrooms, baconnaise, chilli chocolate ketchup and onion jam but I haven’t been brave enough to try it.
I normally just go for a 6 oz cheese burger which is nice but nothing to shout about:
tried chocolate pizza once !They do in Birmingham as well gareth taylor
. . . . I'm still yet to try Five Guys in Bristol I must make an effort to go there this weekend
I did however have a pretty good burger at the newly opened Burger Craft (at The Exmouth Arms, Euston) on Saturday:
Tried them today with Mrs Voltz - I had a bacon burger with tomato, lettuce and ketchup, I had medium fries and a bottle of Brooklyn lager
Mrs Voltz - not being a beef or bread eater had a cheese dog in a wrap, small fries and a Soda
I had high hopes but the meal itself was, at best, very VERY average - the burger was fine nothing more, the fries weren't crisp and Mrs Volts bunless dog served in what I'd presumed to be a tortilla wrap was a dog wrapped in a fucking lettuce leaf - again, nothing to write home about
AND THAT WAS BEFORE I CHECKED THE BILL and saw that it was north of £26
So for basically a big Mac, half a hot dog, couple of portions of fucking chips, a beer and a pop I'd paid over £26 - so now Fives Guys Bristol goes from a very average burger chain to a right royal bunch of shysters and rip off merchants
You'll not be surprised to hear that I won't be going back any time soon - in fact ever - and if I want an American style diner experience I shall travel the 90+ miles to my nearest OK Diner where the burgers are great, the shakes are thick, the fries are crunchy and crisp and the decor is 1950's Americana Diner complete with aluminum (sic) siding
