The fact that the best defence you can mount for Brewdog is that they're equally as bad as the rest is extremely telling. It's bollocks of course, sexism and ableism may be problems across the board, but they're not problematic to the same extent in every company. Frankly this behaviour of yours is extremely shitty, making smirking, fallacious defences of company you know has problems, with the only readily apparent motivation for it being to "trigger the libs".
