Cheers. Despite her dementia, hoping she still understands what's going on. As wifey said, when she's gone it really will be the end of an era. Still hoping she makes it to her 89th birthday on the 22nd of this month. We've enjoyed having her with us these past couple of years.

Sadly, Aunt Dorothy passed away this evening, at home with us, surrounded by those who loved her. Just a few hours short of her 89th birthday

Mrs Q always stocks up on Xmas decorations in January when they are being flogged off cheap. But you know Xmas is going to come again whereas whilst we probably won't have to wait 70 years for the next coronation we have no idea when it will be. There is zero demand for this stuff now it's over why the hell would anyone buy it?
