Alternatives to using the word '"guys" at work anyone?

I've been trying to think what I say and I have just realised that it's "folks". I got that from my Dad, who I suspect got it from all his Irish relatives. But when I say it, I suspect it sounds just awful.

If they're from Belfast you could call them 'yousuns'.

Oxford Dictionaries (hows that for an authoritative source?) said:
I don't know about yousuns, but I need a wee drink.

:hmm: Are OUP stereotyping my people.

i use folks as well.

i used to be a bit more inventive/rude, but i now work in a place infested with Americans and they just don't get any kind of toilet, sex or abuse based humour.

a bloke i used to work with called any kind of gathering 'swimmers'. it was some time before he was rumbled...

One of my pet hates is "colleagues". I particularly dislike it when a supermarket gives a "colleague announcement". What is wrong with "staff anouncement"?

I'm a fan of chaps.
You seemed the type
