A thank you to Brexiteers.

Nope. Conceed ain't the Brexit I would have gone for.But it is what it is. Feel free to come up with arguments for rejoining if you want, aint happening

Which one would you have gone for then? :hmm:
Is it like if you ordered a pizza and they sent the wrong one, but its a pizza so mustn't grumble?

As said time thought EEA route was the right one.

Could grumble quite loudly about being ignored in favor over a bun fight about freedom of movement...but no matter. Quite happy watching EUro interest rates at the moment

Someone’s done this collage and it does make me wonder what buyers of the Express make of it all, who do they blame for things being not as advertised.

But don't you get it? It's all the fault of the Remoaners that things have turned out they way they have. Our former EU partners are of course a bunch of gullible fools- everyone knows that- who would have agreed to any pisspoor Brexit agreement Boris would have put in front of them, as the Leave campaign had rightly been telling us throughout the build-up to the referendum. But then all the complaining and political turmoil after the vote caused by us treacherous enemies of the people opened their eyes and made them, completely unreasonably, to refuse to let the UK continuing to enjoy all the benefits and perks of EU membership without being a member anymore.

We nearly had those Johnny Foreigners. If only some of us had kept our mouths shut... :(

If you are pointing out that Mr Cameron campaigned for Remain (and used tax payers to fund it) though also didnt fund civil service congingency planning for a leave vote...and Mrs May also voted for Remain fair enough. Triggering Art 50 with only a colour scheme to go by was a really dull move. Fair enough, but does seem a bit unfair to leave Boris 'what party? Johnson out of the blame game

We still haven’t started doing any checks on imports from eu have we, all these years of taking back control and that’s still to look forward to.

Leave won because they had the best allies. Welcoming, forward thinking, progressive, Irish and Scottish republicans, people who wanted out of the evil EU.

You're on the cusp of greatness, don't listen to the guardian middle classes.

Wonder if leave would have still won if voter ID had been required.
Genuinely interesting psephological question. Of course the myth of the (non-passport/non-driving licence?) 'red-wallers being the major part of the L core, is just that, as plenty of MC folk in the South were persuaded by the Leavists' lies, but it does make you wonder.
