A thank you to Brexiteers.

If the 'planet remain' is directed at me you can fuck the fuck off. :). I have already clearly stated my original position a number of times and that to repeat myself again is that I was persuaded by the Lexit arguments made on here but in the end abstained because of the right-wing racist agenda that drove the whole thing from the top. Any chance of of a credible Lexit was lost when Corbyn lost the last GE due the machinations largely of a hostile media and the right wing of the PLP. You have no credible plans, nothing, and what we have now is a complete shitshow. In all honesty it would have been better if we had stayed in rather than what we have now.
No it would have been better for you.

For a bunch of people who say they aren't motivated by capitalist greed, a lot sure are all focused on the economic aspects of Brexit / EU membership.

There's plenty of virtue signalling frauds around here, claiming that they have such selfless interests of other less fortunate people at heart. Very dangerous people indeed, especially to regular working class folk.

all the Tories who spend decades campaigning for brexit to become a reality where looking out for the working man oh fuck off

You are in possession of a "gift" from "God" where you can tell what some stranger is saying without saying it? Oh do fuck off, with your made up straw-man arguments. You're looking so desperate, I might have to take pity on you.

No wonder your side fucking lost, with endless fucking strawman arguments.

You practically won Brexit for us.

Do you seriously think places up north like Sunderland were swayed by the tories? Oh please!

Please don't give the waste of space the opportunity to spout meaningless drivel. It needs zero encouragement.

Rather reductive to pose such a question; not least because different factions of the Tory party supported both vote options and presumably held some influence over anyone who bothered to vote in the 'choice' of neoliberal trajectories. Added to which, off course, many 'places up North' then elected Tory MPs 3 years later.

The tories won by default. The thought of Corbyn getting in, absolutely terrified people.

Is there any Europhile who Planet Remain has an issue with politically?

Previous to these, she was Rosenberg Professor of Global Finance at Brandeis University, Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, and Assistant Director in the International Finance Division at the Federal Reserve Board"
Also worth keeping in mind another thing the Bank of England blames for price surges is rising wages.

aye imagine the state the country would be in if Corbyn had gotten in :hmm:
The internet nationalised under red socialist control? No thanks.

His policy of sending extra money to local authorities affected by immigration, would have in effect, sent a message to cash starved local authorities, that they can win extra cash, if they attract extra immigrants. That would have had local authorities offering incentives to immigrants to attract them, while those who were born here, would have been accused of "inciting racism" when they evemtually complained of the unfairness, which of course in turn, would have led to racial strife back and forth in every direction. All very counter-productive for race relations in this great tolerant country.

Blimey

In fact one of the ways to reduce hostility to immigration in resource strapped areas is to increase funding to public services such as health , housing , education etc . Not that local authorities have any control over immigration anyway .
Music to a tories ears. A labour supporter treating people like they are fucking thick.

Corbyn didn't promise extra money to cash strapped areas. He promised it to areas affected by immigration.

Play all the mental gymnastics you want, people will just vote tory instead.

that's true, that's so very true

just like if you're the "champion of racism" it's your business to create anti-racism
But I'm not. I couldn't give a flying fuck about immigration.

Do you know why? I'm not a victim. Instead, I decided to experiment on middle class liberal cunts and as I suspected, they're mostly virtual signalling racist twats who'll use double-speak and sneaky tactics to support the status-quo.

Even in my job, I do social experiments on middle class people.

I get them smiling and laughing, then I tell them something positive that has happened in my life, in my Derek Trotter cockney drawl

"I'm going on holiday for two weeks"

"You're my last customer today, now I'm off home to have a glass of wine."

If they suddenly stop smiling after laughing, going all straight faced - I know they're a fucking wrongun, with no empathy for others outside of their filofax stuffed full of professional cunts.

Actually, I'm not a Labour supporter , areas with most immigrants are funnily enough cash strapped areas. Even thickies know that tbh.

what would it look like this commie internet i mean how would we know that the reds had taken over what would the obvious differences be?
You are a proper fruitcake. Are you perchance American?
An independent internet doesn't have it's infrastructure under state control.

Vaguely interesting, psychologically, to reckon the world is full of people who want you to never have wine or holidays, and that they are the people who voted remain.
They are just very insecure middle class people, who are terrified of a free and fair world, pretending they care about immigrants, the poor etc, when they don't.

Those people took a left turn, because the only way to keep the status-quo is to have a larger authoritarian state, with draconian laws and regulations, guised as saving the planet, sustainability and economic stabilty, not to mention censorship in the guise of protecting children and the thick plebs from misinformation.

They'll be wanting AI heavily regulated so it can't be decentralised for the benefit of normal people.

Only the government and licensed allies such as NGOs and the corporates are allowed to spread misinformation you see.

It could also be that there's just something about you that doesn't inspire a lot of empathy.
