Now she is recovering, the problem is that she really likes the box in front of the fire.

More than her bed, and more than her favourite chair - although she will go and sleep in it when the fire isn't on. At least after sitting in the box and glaring at me for a while.

She's a classic tabby I reckon, suspect she's a doppelganger for lots of cats!

The other day me and Mrs Voltz took a trip to a local cat rescue . . . I'm thinking about volunteering there in the not too distant

We were given the full tour and they showed me the kind of thing that they needed doing from a maintenance PoV

At the moment they've got North of 120 cats and kittens

We went into one room where there was a claimed total of 8 young adult cats and kittens. The room was quite dark and as the lights were switched on it was like a scene from Aliens. Initially there was nothing, then they all started moving and becoming visible

It was quite something to see
