Good luck for his surgery - is Angel doing it? His area of specialism is feline dental surgery, so Ti will be in good hands.
Both Jakey and Radar had nearly all of theirs out over a period of years, I think Angel has some sort of contract with the tooth fairy

Their face can look a bit floppy and less structured, assuming they are on commercial wet/dry food it doesn't affect their eating.
Jakey has his 2 lower fangs still and sometimes gets his upper lip caught on one, if Ti ends up with any left and he gets any bother with this they can put a round blob of dental resin type stuff on the tip of the fang so the lip slides over it more easily instead of getting caught up.
No teeth at all his face will be a slightly different shape after, but it shouldn't affect him negatively in any clinical or practical way.
If he catches prey, you'll probably find misshapen soggy whole remains left as gifts rather than decapitated bits - lack of teeth doesn't seem to slow them down much if they like hunting but - how to put this delicately - they have to gum their prey to death rather than rip it apart. So yeah I've trodden on extremely soggy whole dead mice from time to time.
I'm sure he'll be fine, and a lot more comfortable once the pesky teeth are gone.

I'm neurotypical and it would confuse me too! Sometimes they deliberately try and catch suspected bots out with trick questions.

The ones that say "select all with traffic lights" - erm... does that mean the actual lights, or does the pole the lights are attached to also count?

Approaching the end of my stint feeding skittish feral Harry.
