I'm very happy to talk about frocks - I'm getting dressed up alright :) :cool:

:D nah, it's nylon/polyester so I'd die of overheating... I'll go try and find a cheapy cotton flimsy summer number (before all the lovely sunshine disappears)

I only have 1 frock and that's for a wedding the week after :(

I've got to go to a wedding the week after as well, but I somehow doubt my festival clobber will be suitable for a load of old in-laws I'll be meeting for the first time...:D

I've been trying to squeeze into lots of sparkley, shiney things I used to wear (with wellies and waterproof trousers as needed natch) back when when I did lots of festis, but without much luck...I think a trip to Bernados may well be in order.

:D

I have one sparkly thing I haven't had a chance to wear yet that I think I'll get out. There's always the lacey bordello dress....

And if me and Eme are dancing about in the cocktail bar there's a danger I'll be spending the whole weekend in a dress!

Definitely taking wellies and waterproofs though. I don't care how hot it looks.

:eek: ... oh well forecasts can change and often do! :)

It'd better...:mad: ;)
I have just sorted the most splendid hat, that I am extremely excited about wearing.
It simply musn't rain.

<feels doomed>

I don't know anyone who's a size 5... where do you think I can pick up a second hand pair of wellies? Done a quick search and they're bloody expensive new!

<goes to find a good hat too>

hmmm... might be safe going with black though, matches more clothes ;)

Magic Sams wellies were about 7 quid from an army surplus store, mine were a bit more as they were an emergency festival purchase but you can get them pretty cheap.

Madamv will of course have her Hunters (ooh get her;) ).:p

Come on down! :)

Do you reckon that this is something to which I could just turn up, buy a ticket and get in?

Officially I am working both the Friday and Saturday that weekend.

Unofficially I am wondering if I might get away with it if I'm not busy.

Also public transport... on the website it says "details coming soon" - before I start googling and multimapping etc... does anyone know the best way?
