The Stormercuntsite has reportedly moved over to the dark net...since the internet is dark enough for me perhaps someone else here knows if stormcunt is likely to same and what that might mean?
I wouldn't put it past them to secretly set up version 2.0
“White women expect [dominance] from us and have HIGH subconscious barriers to let only an alpha white male through,” he wrote. “Sex is the outward communication of acceptance of the other’s genetic fitness and possible child bearing of his genes. This because white men were always aggressive in a good kind of way.”
Can someone please walk me through how anything on the internet is actually a free speech issue?
I can see many cases where it's clearly not a free speech issue, such as a youtube channel censoring comments, or a web forum banning certain users. My understanding is that not allowing contributions of a certain kind, or not at all, does not equal censorship. Just as the opposite does not equal free speech, simply the permission to contribute on the platform offered by the publisher or owner. (I.e. a newspaper not publishing articles by anyone and everyone who submits one is not censorship either. it would be ludicrous to expect that, and it's not preventing anyone from publishing or stating their beliefs elsewhere)
I expect the site will have quickly reestablished itself on the tor network as has the Daily StormerI managed to slay my own reputation more than once.
As for the fate of Scumfront, it begs the question - where will the itchy fingered cretins migrate to?
I expect these hate sites will eventually be sanctioned the same way as the pirate sites. ISPs will refuse to link to them even if they're online. Can't they just get hosted in Russia or some other country they'll take the money and not give a shit?
IIRC, c. 2002-2003, possibly earlierFucking hell, when was this.

You may well be right, though most fash are so dumb they'd do the feds job for them, unwittinglyI wouldn't have put it past the FBI to have secretly set up version 1.0.
By that argument, you'd have to close down WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and a shit load of other resources used by criminals.
Mate of mine works for Cloudflare - they were responsible for traffic maintenance for Stormfront and got loads of hate comments and tweets from people thinking they were supporting them. Cloudflare replied that they just supported traffic maintenance between sites and do not in anyway endorse any views held by sites. Stormfront apparently waded in and thanked Cloudlfare for their support and agreeing with their views. So Cloudflare responded and binned their support of them.
Then Cloudflare got loads of hate comments and tweets saying they were against freedom of speech on the internet. Can't win.
Cloudflare isn't the only game in town. The Daily Stormer are currently using rival service BitMitigate, who are actively promoting their commitment to free speech
Every problem is an opportunity.
What else do you expect from a bunch of pointless cunts like Prison Planet?
That's so weird. I walked past this place in Durham yesterday and then saw this thread pop up so came to post about it. It's a national chain?!I always wonder if this store regretted its choice of name

This wasn't shut down by lawmakers or anything though, rather it seems their domain registrar Network Solutions (a pretty shonky setup in my experience!) pulled the plug.
Host.al, an Albanian domain registrar, confirmed in an email to ZDNet that it has "blocked" the site after receiving complaints. The company said it had also seen "a number of tweets" pointing at the issue.
