What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Monday roast here.
Roast pork shoulder for me. Veggie toad in the hole for N.
Roast potatoes, roast parsnips (if we still have some), cabbage, carrots, broccoli, peas, sage & onion stuffing (from a packet, I'll jazz it up a bit), might see if we've got some swede too. And gravy of course.
The swede, parsnips, cabbage and peas are for me only as N is a fussy git, especially when it comes to vegetables.
