newme - I share your concerns, giving it some thought myself lately.

We just finished watching Revenge of the Nerds 2 on DVD. Still got 3 and 4 to go, although I've seen them many times before.

Yeh it is a bit :D:confused::eek::):cool: trying to work out the logistics of it on top of everything else lol.
 
Just been to tesco which was hell on earth. I thought because it was a nice day the supermarket would be quiet. We did the monthly shop and I bought myself Pretty in Pink and Practical Magic for 3 quid each. :cool:
 
Bit jealous of you sparklefish, I haven't seen Pretty in Pink for ages.

We went to the supermarket as well, but didn't get anything that good :mad:
 
Going to Lidl and getting too much food and drink, plus a cat scratching post castle play thingie, cooking and eating a mediocre steak and trying to stave off a headache.
 
out driving in Essex, went to Great Dunmow, had a walk about, and to Ongar, visited the old church there, loughton, went to Sainsbury's :D Essex was HOT today

Great Dunmow's lovely - went to a wedding there last year :cool:

I have been to the shops, eaten anchovies and debated whether I should learn to knit :hmm:
 
trying to catch up on some paperwork from work :( have just given up, i think 3 hours unpaid on top of a 7 hour shift is enough on a bank holiday thank you very much :)

making Joe's birthday cake and putting it in the oven, fretting cos it looked like the mixture had curdled (but tasted okay :confused:)
picking a chicken carcass
cleaning my fingernails several times <blee>
 
apart from posting here I've been working - I'm trying to clear all work stuff that I might have to do tomorrow as I would like to have a day off.
 
Getting upset by a text message/possible karma slap on the bus home :(

Failing at bending supplies spotting :D

Fixing up, looking sharp and being grown up and impressing/surprising myself at aforementioned, full of potential rejection text message :cool:

Making a "Best of Beyonce" CD

Roasting some sweet potato, courgette, aubergine, garlic, carrots and red onions. Nom.

Making a "Cheer Up! Here's Some New Music" for one of my favourite males mates who is hopefully going to come out on Thursday :)

Peaks and troughs!
 
Started to tidy up a bit, then thought sod it and went to the chippy (cod, battered chips and gravy!) then just stuck the radio on a sat taping away on various sites.


Not very productive!

Me - ate some pasta, put the girls to bed and considered tidying up, nothing exciting whatsoever :D
 
ignoring the housework ,napping on the sofa and vomiting. going to give up on the day soon and go to bed i think :(
