What you been doing for the last two hours? (pt4)

feeling grumpy, bloaty and a bit sick. still putting off trying on wedding dress because i'm pretty sure it wont fit :(

still being grumpy, trying on some clothes in my wardrobe, and deciding that everything must have somehow shrunk in the wash, weighing myself and trying to work out how i have apparently lost 4 lb but feel like i've put on a stone. then deciding to get out of plans i was meant to have with friends tonight and instead to hide under my duvet with large amounts of choc and a soppy movie

Sounds like a good substitute to me feyr :)

I've been reading, lying down, finally getting a shower, buying beer, and now drinking beer

It's a hard life

eating very well made toad in the hole
mincing home
mopping
carpet shampooing
drinking wine and lemonade with homegrown strawberries in

Um, feyr, I don't mean to be tedious and all that but: you feel sick and hormonal; your clothes don't fit; you are the most fertile woman alive (or at least on Urban). Do you think it might be worth doing a test?

I am so glad you said that! :)

I have been visiting family, acting as a taxi, getting wet, looking at how on earth I'm going to empty my wardrobe and where to put everything as it's got to be dismantled in preparation for new ones going in tomorrow. :hmm:

It's been a pretty good day today actually. :)

playing a totally pointless computer game, counting down till i can have my next dose of painkillers, cursing my toothache and looking on the internet for dentists that dont cost an arm and a leg, as the nearest one to me taking on new nhs patients is in Brighton , and most of the work i need would count as cosmetic anyway :( oh, and trying to work out what time i'm meant to be taking my antibiotics :(

ok, not 2 hours, but just spent an amazing couple of days with my 3 year old nephew - he's ace! he made me read in the night kitchen to him twice and he wasn't naughty once. he's tiring though.

aww, that's cool :D that's the best thing about other people's kids, you get to have a load of fun and then get away from it all when you're knackered out :D

aye! hide and seek is fun isn't it? kids are not too bright though are they? he kept hiding in exactly the same place, which was under the covers on his bed, yet he couldn't find me standing behind the curtains in the sitting room. there's something magical about hearing a little kid tottering about, mouth-breathing hard in concentration. watching them eat is amazing too. god i must sound like a weirdo.

no, in the night kitchen by maurice sendak - boy woken up by noises ends up falling through his house and landing in a pie dish of cake mixture about to be cooked by three giant oliver hardy lookalike chefs. he escapes by fashioning an aeroplane out of dough and flying up to a giant milk bottle to get some milk to help the chefs finish the cake. boy wakes up from dream
