What you been doing for the last two hours? (pt4)

Baking a chocolate cake (brothers girlfriend is 21 today). lying on the living room floor to recover.
 
polishing a pair of blingin chrome bumpers off a T25 ready to sell them. My fingers hurt now.
 
washing up, laundery, ironing school uniforms and making packed lunches.oh and preparing dinner for tmw so that when mr feyr comes round to look after the kids in the afternoon, he only has to whack it in the oven, which he might just about bother to do, unless he decides he cant be bothered to look after them. grrr, sorry, rant over

Walking along canal near kings cross being unimpressed by lights. Have a drink with parents, sister and sisters bloke. Eating birthday cake (what I made and is better than other M&S birthday cake) with parents, brother and birthday girl.

i needn't have bothered as it happens. i got sent home from work monday after throwing up rather spectacularly, had been home 10 mins when i got a phonecall from the school asking me to come collect feyrette who was doing the same:facepalm: shortly followed by the nursery to say that one of the girl twins was off colour . by 6pm i had 5 vomiting children and a vomiting me. remaining children have dispatched to various friends houses untill the bug has left our house

which leads me to what i have been doing for the last 2 hours, vomiting, clearing up vomit and comforting vomiting children. kids are all really suffering but aside from the obvious, i dont feel too bad, just a bit more tired and achey than usual:confused:
 
Getting the video to work on the Freeview USB dongle I lost the driver CD for.

I managed to install some drivers that worked and then got the right software and codecs, despite not knowing what the name of the hardware or chipset was and am now well chuffed with myself. :D
 
Telling my new manager that he is, basically, useless as I seem to be reporting to my old manager who then asks him questions to ask me that I have already answered.
 
Listening to Psychedelic Reggae, whilst enjoying a cold beer doing a spot of gardening, I also had a muck around with one of the cats in the garden which was rather fun. I love when cats get leary.
 
housework :( namely tidying the kids bedrooms, numerous loads of laundry, general tidy up. still got to hoover, iron and put away laundry, do tmw's packed lunches, washing up and empty all the bins. which i will do after my fag break and settling the kids to bed
 
Deciding not to make a carrot cake today.
Chatting with dad.
Chatting with youngest brother.
Dusting off wii fit.
Chatting with mum.
 
School run, then took my son to a cafe where we shared a veggie breakfast nom nom. Then tried to go to a cake shop to try to get a birthday cake for my daughter but I couldn't get in with a pushchair grr. Then arranged a viewing of a flat with a numpty estate agent who has already let me down twice.
