I am really bored. How can anyone spend that long in Ikea?!

An ex of mine spent 7 HOURS there once. 7 HOURS!

Sitting outside my front door with my flatmate whilst gaijinboy cycled to his parent's house to get our spare keys as we had all three of us forgotten to take any out with us. Meanwhile, the 4th flatmate turned up from the pub with hers, just as gaijinboy had reached his parents.

And we have a 5am start tomorrow followed by a 14 hour flight in two stages.

Getting woken up by a bloke delivering a new bed for the upstairs flat. I told him it was empty: he deposited the bed in the hallway and buggered off

I went off to make a cuppa and do some preparation for a meeting I have this morning.

Then I had another knock on the door, and it was the new tenants upstairs introducing themselves. So, the landlord's moved quickly there then, given that only two days ago he was putting the place back together after the woman I used to rant about trashed the place. Only last week did his wife tell me she had spent half the day trying to get cat shit out of the carpet.

I've been trying to fill the planter box I made. It's taken over two hours and it's not full yet. Mixing soil, compost and sand/stones takes ages(when you have to dig up and weed the soil)

I have given up for the day and am going to do some origami Then soak in the bath.
