Went to the gym for a personal trainer session, worked my ARSE off, got very sweaty, then tried to have a shower but it’s a big open shower and there was a very svelte lady in there and I didn’t want to get in there with my flab and my hairy legs and so on, so I waited for ages but she didn’t come out and I had to get to work so I just put my clothes on and came to work and now and I am MINGING.
I will have a shower at lunch time.

I've had a horrendous headache and cold since last night, so not much.
Ate a biscuit (taste the difference chocolate and ginger, mmmm) and some mango, then made a pot of coffee in an attempt to fortify myself for clearing up my balcony. Which I haven't done yet.

I've been lying on the sofa staring at the ceiling, finally had a shower and got dressed. Tentatively accepted that work that I've been offered, my friend went through every reason I had for not doing it and rubbished it.
Now I'm going to have a quick hoover round and mop the floors.
