I've been dusting books and bookshelves, trying to be ruthless and de-clutter but have only managed to get rid of two books and two videos

Flicking around Urban and reading emails
Basically just wasting time as I just want to go home and sleep

It's just a little 2 bed semi a bit further out of town - good sized garden, parking space, quite modern, nice kitchen - good for a couple with a small child, by the looks of things. It's very affordable for us, which is the main thing. Nice as the area is where we're living right now, it's not worth us buying here for what you get - we'd be paying a grand a month back for a tiny terraced with a backyard the size of a stamp.
