I'm having a bit of a misery half hour myself.

I think what you should do is allow yourself not to stress about those things you're not doing for the rest of today, but resolve to do just a little bit of one of them tommorrow.

Which means you are allowed to continue watching shit telly guilt-free, for today at least.
