I've started a 30 day course of splits training as in doing the splits.... its 15 minutes a day of stretching and there are 3 levels. I'm in beginners....it might take me 90 days.....
Creosoted the back fence, five x three metre panels, pig of a job. Gone in to the jungle behind them and made all the panels tight again, plus laid down three new gravel boards, still to paint them
