Went well, I think. They told me it was a good interview there and then and asked a few searching questions about whether my boss might let me do the new job as a secondment. Good signs, I hope, as was the fact that I'd already answered one of the set questions they had. Love it when that happens - shows you're on the right track. Should know by the end of the week.

Less bronzer than usual as I was visiting new work projects. The manager at one place said she doesn't encourage bright clothing as it draws resident's attention to you and they like to test the newbies.
Almost all my clothes are bright and I have no money to buy more. I'm going to have to wear the same four dresses on rotation. [emoji35]

Yeah feel like I've got a couple more options now. A secondment would be ideal but current boss might stick her oar in over that. We'll see. Even if I don't take it there's a couple of other managers in the organisation that would bear me in mind for something further down the line. Always worth a punt, job interviews, imo.
