This is a great, but expensive shop on covent garden.
Mrs Tag has something similar to this; hers has a hood it's waterproof and windproof.

Pretty sure that despite the wider availability of decent fabrics it's still a case of: waterproof, not a sweatbox/breathable, affordable - pick 2.

After years of working outdoors and looking down slightly on umbrellas, I've now fully embraced one, as I walk to work up a slight hill. There's not a set of waterproofs in existence that wouldn't leave me feeling sweaty and horrible sitting down at a desk after the walk. Although I might have got carried away and it's a little on the big side for moving quickly.
