Wembley time slots for entry: are they strict?

Going to Wembley (for the first time) on Friday to watch England vs Albania: kick-off is 1945. On my ticket, it says the entry time slot for our seating zone is 1745-1815, which is earlier than we’d like to enter the stadium, as we wanted to eat/shop first.

Has anyone been to a game at Wembley recently? Are these time slots strict, or can we rock up to our seats at 7pm as we were originally planning to?

Went to Wembley 3 weeks ago for Women's World Cup quallys, the QR scanner checked the tickets but we were just in at the right time (maybe 10 mins over?) so it may have said no if we were in the wrong slot. Certainly wasn't checked by a human.

Having said that, it was a relaxed enough game with only 28,000 attending. Eng/Alb might be a bit tastier.

Sorry that's not very conclusive but that's what happened.
