Anyone know of/like these guys - The Tea Street Band?
Found out about them when they played at the Grosvenor in Brixton about 18 months ago. Five lads from Liverpool creating some great, dreamy tunes. Sounds like kind of balearic indie, a bastard lovechild of Madchester indie and the rave scene (or something.) Basically makes me wanna bang loads of pills and run around in the sunshine
May not be to everyone's taste but it's right up my street - and I generally mostly listen to electronic music/hip hop/reggae. Anyway, they crowd-funded their album and released it themselves, and it came out a couple of days ago.
