The point is the principle of the thing. You implied that it doesn’t matter just so long as it’s only the boyfriend of bimble’s friend and not the boyfriend of bimble herself. And this isn’t the case. Anti-Semitism isn’t just a red flag in romantic partners. Neither is it merely “Not aligning” with somebody’s politics, any more than any other form of racism is.
