@ flimsy - not being funny, but I've now worked in three different places where there was an unofficial/illegal bookie. You're in the same position.....
Every single one of them would always offer the best price to the punter - whoever out of Ladbrokes, Corals, Hills was offering the best price, that was the price you got. Of course, sometimes you'd have to do the work yourself - go off and find the price on teletext yourself. But I just done that - here you go..... 5.5 and 7/1

I think you'll find that's because Sweden haven't played Denmark yet, so they can't use the results between those teams.

If teams finish level on points, then the winner of the match between the sides in question will finish highest, or should they have drawn, goal difference, followed by goals scored, qualifying record for the 2002 FIFA World Cup and UEFA EURO 2004™, a fair play ranking and finally either a penalty shoot-out or drawing of lots.
If Sweden and Denmark draw then results between each other don't seperate the teams, goal difference does. Thus 3-0 Italy + 2-2 in the other game would send Italy and Sweden through.
