I believe that's the ECFA (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement). I don't know its specifics, but if its anything like the TPP (Trans-Pacific partnership Agreement also known as SHAFTA) I can see why they might be upset. Its difficult to tell what the terms are with these because they're all negotiated in secret. Many of them trump national sovereignty. That would have extra weight between Taiwan and China, given their history.
