We had a problem with 'boy racers'.

Loudly revving engines at 1 am etc.

We complained loud and long, finally a constable was sent to speak to us.

He said that there are about a dozen of them, catching them all is impossible.

I suggested catch one, have the car examined, and see if the spec matches the insurance. Reporting re-maps has a profound effect on the insurance.

They did and they did. The ned was prosecuted for various things under the RTA and the rest of the scrotes went off to annoy someone else.

There are more ways than one in defurring the feline.

I'm going through the car-selling grief at the moment with one of the TVRs, had two cocky sounding dealers call me as well as loads of emails since Monday and neither of the dealers turned up yesterday. Do have an enthusiast coming today though (Lotus fan), so hopefully he'll take it away.

Saw a fully restored ( or amazingly original) MX5 mk1 with it’s headlamps up today. I’d forgotten how distinctive a d classic they looked like that. Far more interesting than my MK2.5 but probably 10 times the price too…
