Sporty little car

Mitsuoka also do the Buddy which is RAV4 Hybrid mechanicals and looks like a K5 Chevy Blazer. Want one.

Their MX-5 thing doesn't look terrible but this is dogshit.

They should stick to their fun niche of 'things to troll classic car owners with', like the Viewt which any right thinking owner should immediately try and enrol in the Mk2 Register of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club.

Did you see the watermarks in the purple one...blingy or tastefully subtle. Odd colour. A grand to do the scratches?
Not keen on the dodgy headset, but would I source an original...hmmm

Watermarks aren't my cup of tea but neither is that dark red. I'd have to see it to make a judgement but I could probably live with it. Q2 diff is a good thing. Monza always used to massively overprice their cars, I don't follow GTV prices but I wonder if there's some room for haggling.

I've just bought a 2006 SL55 AMG sight unseen. Fucking loads goes wrong with them apparently.

Toying with the idea of a 6 speed manual swap using the aforementioned 370Z bits.

Finally got it all working. The dealer took it as a trade in, thought the transmission was blown and sold it to me for crack money. The 'blown' transmission turned out to be a broken electrical connector but it had loads of other problems. Every single thing on it now works and it made 485bhp on the dyno. It's an amazing car considering its 15 years old.

Many people swear by the Mazda's for a cheap fun little car. Should be good.
Meanwhile, the Alfa I have my eye on is still for sale. Mrs Tag is coming round AND will pick up the tab. I hope to get to see it in next few days.

Btw. Mazda Owners thread

My best mate currently driving a Cayman S and a previous owner of a couple of 911s, Boxsters and a Lotus Elise will not hear a word against MX5s. He says for the money the 1.8 model is one of the most fun and agile cars he has ever owned and driven.

if its first car that pretty

had to buy my own a 200 quid fiesta that rotten my da drive as i did not pass my test first time :)

It’s all his own earned money as was the Fabia he got for his first car. Although he did save it to go traveling. And being stuck at home during lockdown helped as he couldn’t piss his wages up the wall for the first six months.

are you not getting more money for it but

add a few hundred quid that you would not mind be knocked down if it matters

might weed out a few tyre kickers looking for the cheapest deal

Ok. So now the race is on to see which comes first. Him or me putting it in a ditch or it being eaten by rust.

£2k and £530 insurance with young mister A319 being 21 with no NCB…

Let’s see if it’s a lemon on a bit of summer fun.

Also weld the diff and get an eBay turbo kit. This is what awaits...

It's small, it's light, it's noisy and just like a big muscle car I dream of, it has an apalling turning circle. Wtf.
