Did someone say snow?

We had a Westie once. We left her out in the snow one day. We were a bit suprised she didn't want to come back in right away. A few minutes later we heard whining coming from the yard. Went outside to find her and she had so many snowballs attached to the fur on her belly she couldn't walk. She didn't appreciate us laughing one bit. (Westies are a bit prideful.) We took her inside and dried her off and gave her treats. :)

Good news - Griff had his op, was on his paws snaffling carrots swiftly and is coming home at 6. Mal's with him, no doubt trying to steal all the carrots and telling him off for being a wimp. :)
Good news! I am glad Griff is okay, give him a big cuddle when he gets home :)

QueenOfGoths That's cute! It's funny how certain things temporally grab their attention. Luke is similarly transfixed when he sees spiders or other small insects in the house. The silly bugger doesn't kill them though!

TitanSound - put her food bowl on top of an upturned bowl or plate, that should raise it up enough so the cat can reach it.

She'll be all discombulated with eating for a few days, and will probably just pick, but she'll adapt pretty quick and be able to eat fine.

Good tip!

We ended up putting a small tupperware lid on top of her bowl though. Seems to work a treat. With an old shoe box next to a glass of water, she's managing :D
