Queen's state funeral.

Exceptional hardship lol.

The peer who organised the Queen's funeral has been banned from driving for six months, despite claiming he needed his licence to arrange the King's upcoming coronation.

Edward Fitzalan-Howard, the 18th Duke of Norfolk, was caught using his mobile phone while driving in Battersea, south-west London, on 7 April.

He admitted the offence, at Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court earlier.

He had hoped to avoid a ban by claiming "exceptional hardship".

“Exceptional hardship”

It is his occasional responsibility to be at the top of the organisation pyramid of minions that deals with royal weddings, jubilees, coronations and funerals. That’s his job. That’s why he‘s a duke, because he’s inherited this responsibility from his forebears.

If it’s an exceptional hardship for him to have to make phone calls because of his job, then so it is for anyone else whose job obliges them to make phone calls.

prick

It’s almost as if he suddenly feels the burden of deadlines, obligations, other people‘s expectations and it‘s made him feel exceptional, special, different, and somehow, suddenly, more deserving.

Oh the wonder of it!

It's an exceptional hardship to have to take calls from the entitled wanker

wonder what was wrong with his driving

It’s habitually bad.
He cut up a cop car while going through a red light, while on the phone to his wife. He already has 9 points on his licence. This was all in April so he wasn’t stressed by the Queen dying at the time. He’s just a wanker.

And now, what’s the betting, he’ll get a chauffeur and re-charge it as expenses for the coronation planning,

He already had 9 points so shouldn't have been talking on his phone and running red lights.

And if it is so important for him to make calls while driving, he should at least have a hands free kit..
